About empowerED

On September 14, 2019, the “empowerED” education advocacy and platform was launched through an EXCLUSIVE and FREE learning event for educators. The EmpowerED Launch and Learn Conference was held at the Sports Center Function Room, Xavier School (Grade School), San Juan City from 7:45 am to 12:00 noon.

The professional learning event aims to:

  • showcase innovative and inspiring works of teachers and school leaders in the areas of development of growth mindset, technology innovation, and inclusive learning;
  • discuss challenges to the teaching profession in the Fourth Industrial Revolution; and
  • equip teachers with skills on using technology tools to improve literacy and digital learning skills.

Participants will be undergoing various learning sessions: a plenary session, panel discussion, and breakout sessions.
